We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth management of transporting cars across international borders by effectively coordinating with global partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage International Shipments: Oversee the shipment of cars to and from international destinations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate with Partners: Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure efficient and reliable transportation.
• Track Shipments: Monitor and track international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and regularly updating customers on the status of their shipments.
• Prepare Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation for international shipping, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to international shipments promptly and effectively, including delays, damages, and customs matters.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze shipping data to improve operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
