We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient passage of goods through customs, while adhering to all local and international regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Preparation: Prepare and submit all necessary customs documentation to ensure timely clearance of goods.
• Coordination with Customs Authorities: Collaborate with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all customs regulations and laws.
• Handling Shipments: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure their timely clearance.
• Assessment of Duties and Taxes: Assess and determine the customs duties and taxes applicable to imported and exported goods.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle any disputes or issues that may arise with customs authorities and resolve them efficiently.
• Monitoring Regulatory Changes: Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and ensure their implementation in daily operations.
• Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth clearance of goods.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in customs clearance or logistics management, preferably in the import/export sector.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local and international customs regulations and laws.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
